#September 2016 highlights

September is always a busy month, post summer holiday blues and everybody getting back into swing of things, ready for an exciting Autumn ahead. In September we were delighted to have Wakefield born singer/songwriter Louise Distras back with a brand new single titled ‘Aileen’ – ( Louise’ first new release since releasing her well received debut album ‘Dreams From the Factory Floor’ which is out now ) – But before you rush off to go and check that album out, let’s talk about Louise Distras’ new single ‘Aileen’ first, which is yet another fantastic release, and may we say Louise Distras’ most ‘pop’ to date???…but cleverly maintaining enough edge, grit and intelligent lyricism to really make this one a hell of a stand out track.

The past few weeks have seen DJs such as John Kennedy at Radio X, BBC Radio 1’s Huw Stephens, Alex Baker at Kerrang! Radio + many many more air the single on their respective shows.

The video was premiered by KERRANG.com  ( which you can watch below ) – And Louise Distras will be embarking on a huge UK mainland and EU tour running through OCTOBER / NOVEMBER. Go see the show.

Lots of exciting prospects coming up for LOUISE DISTRAS over the next few weeks so do keep an eye out and be sure to follow Louise Distras for updates on what’s new. ( Social Media Links Below )
